Leah, I don't know if I could explain what's wrong enough for any to understand just what's going on. Any my daughter has me a new one on the way, and when I get it we are going to strip this thing down to the naked hard drive, I'll kill that worm or virus one way or another, thank you any way love you for trying to help.
